Me Gyaamankasa akenkan atu mpon. Me da'ase.

I'm a Tigrinya instructor, and I purchased this for my classes. All of the words and translations in the book are accurate, authentic Tigrinya so I feel confident using and recommending this book. I was also pleased with the large size of the words and accompanying illustrations. My students (both adults and children) liked that they were able to color the illustrations, which were beautifully drawn. I believe coloring helps with memory retention. I bought the 2023 edition of this book, so it’s pleasing that the publisher makes necessary revisions each year to stay current. I reached out to the company’s customer service about getting additional resources for my students, and I received a prompt response from the Kasahorow team. They created a help desk ticket for me, and addressed my questions quickly. Overall, I’m impressed and grateful.

Makes me so happy to be able to have this help to teach my children after recently losing my Baba!

I love that there are over 100 words in different categories and the illustrations that accompany each word are clear and vivid. The coloring aspect of this workbook helps to learn the words and makes the process both fun and calming. It's an amazing resource, and I'm going to recommend this book to friends and family.

This is a great beginning vocabulary coloring book. The best part is the translation from English and the large pictures. My only issue (not really a complaint) is that while it has one word per page there is a lot of empty space. This could be used to practice writing the word though. Some of the words are a little strange to me like deciding to add a syringe. It’s a much larger size than I expected and the quality of the workbook/coloring book is great. All things considered I was very happy with my purchase.

I'm a fluent Amharic speaker, and this has been an amazing activity book for my daughter. The best part is she never gets bored while using it since it's a coloring book. I got the 2025 edition + online access to the audio. When I'm busy, I just give her headphones so she can practice with the online pronunciations for the words while she's coloring.

I am very pleased that I found this book because it is not easy to find Tigrinya resources. I bought this as a gift for my friend's children, and they really love the illustrations, and the spaces given for freestyle drawing and writing. I feel that this book is a wonderful way to learn and practice numbers in Tigrinya. I would recommend that anyone who wants to learn Tigrinya (and especially those in the diaspora who want to connect to their heritage) should invest in this resource.
