You see a student ready to speak English. 102 English Verbs gives them the everyday verbs a relationship is made of. First you see someone. You name them. Then you tend, keep, touch, and join them. Every verb in this book grows from one of those six, because these are the words we use to hold the people we love.
Each verb is shown in English, with your language beside it, in the three tenses a student already lives: yesterday, today, and tomorrow. Give it at the start of the school year and let them fill it in as they grow.
- 102 everyday English verbs, each in the simple past (yesterday), present (today), and future (tomorrow).
- Gathered into six families of care: see, name, tend, keep, touch, join.
- Say each verb aloud together, in English and your language, so the student hears both.
Honour the student whose goodness you already see, and give them the verbs to unleash it.
At kasahorow we celebrate differences and promote unity. We use the most common translation for each word today. If your family says a word a different way, tell us at https://kasahorow.org/booktalk and we will add it. We revise each book within 14 days and read every review. Questions? help@kasahorow.com. Thank you for being part of the kasahorow family.
